Absolutely useless as I cannot upgrade as it links and charges to an old deleted account. You would think that they would gave better technology

It's newest models are rather good. One major irritant is that you cannot like grok, bulk delete your uploaded files. This is frankly ridiculous and this is why I will just delete the account and start over when and if required. Do better I suggest this ain't rocket science.
