The rules for using the site, and the limits of what it claims.

RateMyAI publishes reviews of AI products written by the people who used them. Scores are computed from those reviews and nothing else.
Using the site means agreeing to these terms. If you do not, do not use it.
Every review is the opinion of the individual who wrote it. Publishing one is not RateMyAI endorsing, verifying, or asserting it as fact.
Scores are averages of those opinions. They are a signal, not a verdict, and should not be the only basis for a purchasing decision.
You keep ownership of what you write. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and include it in aggregate scores and rankings on this site and in links to it.
You confirm the review is your own honest experience, that you have the right to post it, and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
The full rules live in the community guidelines. The ones that get a review removed fastest: reviewing a product you build or are paid to promote, posting the same review more than once, personal attacks, and using a review as an advert.
One review per product per person. This is enforced technically, not merely requested.
Manipulating scores — coordinated posting, incentivised reviews, or automated submission — is a breach of these terms, and we will remove the reviews and block the sources.
Every review is checked by a person before it is published. We may decline to publish, or later remove, anything that breaks the rules above.
We do not remove reviews because a company dislikes them. A negative review that follows the guidelines stays up. If a review is factually false about you or your product, write to us with specifics and we will look at it.
A Verified badge means a code was delivered to an email address the reviewer controls. It proves a reachable person, not that they used the product.
A Verified Customer badge means a billing email from the product was forwarded to us and its signature checked. Nothing grants a badge on the honour system.
Sponsor slots are clearly labelled as such wherever they appear.
Paying does not buy a score, a ranking position, the removal of a review, or any editorial treatment. Sponsorship and scores are separate systems, and that separation is the product.
Product names, descriptions, categories, pricing and logos come from public sources and from submissions. They may be out of date or wrong.
Names and logos belong to their respective owners and appear here to identify the products being reviewed.
The site is provided as is. We do not guarantee it will be available, accurate, or error-free.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or from decisions made on the basis of a score or review.
