This is the worst customer service…
This is the worst customer service ever. If you have a problem with Claude, an AI agent will tell you sorry, but they won't help you. I paid for a Pro subscription and it wouldn't let me use it. I asked for my money back and was refused. I paid for nothing and I was needing to do work. I have so many issues with the program. No one will ever help you. Just ai saying we know you don't like to hear this. What? I apod $32 for a subscription that ckude will not open up and I can't use it.
